We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly and this is why we always try our best to  accommodate these changes for our clients. We do however have a challenge when appointments are cancelled at a very short notice as we do not have the opportunity to fill the gap created for our stylists. As a result, we incur costs that cannot be avoided. Our cancellation policy recognizes this situation and aims to cover some of these costs by applying cancellation fees. 

Cancellations: All new clients to La Bella Hair Salon are required to leave their credit card information to book any color or keratin smoothing appointment. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours there will be no charge to your credit card. If you cancel within the 24-hour period your card will be charged 50% of the services booked. Failure to call will result in a 100% charge to your card. The cancellation policy allows us to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists' schedules filled thus better serving everyone.
