Cancellations:

All new clients to La Bella Hair Salon are required to leave their credit card information to book any color or keratin smoothing appointment. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours there will be no charge to your credit card. If you cancel within the 48-hour period your card will be charged 50% of the services booked. Failure to call or a no show will result in a 100% charge to your card. The cancellation policy allows us to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists' schedules filled thus better serving everyone. These prices are starting prices; amount of hair, time, product and technique usage all determine whether or not the price increases.
